Your planning.

Planning tools

Calculations and proposal comparisons run in your browser. When you carry a result to another tool or the inquiry form, it is kept temporarily in this browser session. It is not submitted until you choose to send an inquiry. You can remove attached planning details before submitting.

Inquiry information

We collect the contact details, organization, project information, and message you submit, together with your contact permission and submission time. We use that information to review and respond to your request.

We also record limited source information with an inquiry: the landing page, referring website domain when available, supported campaign labels, and any answer you give about how you found us. Do not put personal information into campaign links.

Storage and delivery

The website and inquiry records use Cloudflare services. An email notification is sent to DiningScope's privately managed inbox. Inquiry information is not automatically sent to a foodservice provider. Any introduction is discussed with you first.

Technical information

We use technical request information to protect the form from abuse. The application stores a short-lived keyed digest for rate limiting rather than saving your IP address in inquiry records. Cloudflare may process network information to provide its hosting and security services. Aggregate page, tool, download, and form event counts do not contain your message or contact fields. These counts measure actions and page loads, not unique people.

Contact preferences and deletion requests

Submitting an inquiry requests a response about that inquiry. It does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. To ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up, email hello@diningscope.com. We may need to confirm that a request relates to you.

Keep sensitive information out of the form

Please do not submit patient records, student information, payment information, passwords, or confidential proposal documents.
